Good idea, if you come across lots of Chomp. If not, it can still be decent.

i thought it would be good... my friend runs a water deck so moving those energies would really mess with his strategy

Maybe the Pokedex. With those, you either play 0 or 4.

It depends. In looks like it will slow down your deck a lot, and if not much fire is played you can remove it.
