Garchomp lv x and Evo blast

If I use restore to put two more Umbreons on my bench and then evolve all four eevee's when Garchomp is knocked out would Evo blast do 110? I understand that they are basic pokemon but evoblast says "each of your pokemon in play that evolves from eevee" not for each pokemon in play that evolved from eevee. It even says evolves from eevee on Umbreon.

That would work.
This ruling on Sunlight Veil covers the concept involved:
