To get donphan active to donk or do early damage till he loses then bring flygon up and tank and waste oppenets deck with wind erosion and nidoqueen for healing.

Switch the Psychic energy for Rainbow energy, so that energy can use it and with nidoqueen your not taking damage from it anyway.

I would think about adding in one memory berry as it can come in handy in certain situations

NO NEED FOR MEMORY BERRY!!!! and Energy change can be really use full but just not in that deck and why is you using rainbow?

How is memory berry not useful? It can help get rid of an attached e-belt if you don't want to give up 2 easy prizes and it can also let you use phanpy's flail which does 10 times the number of damage counters on donphan for one energy. It is very good but situational which is why I suggested one or maybe two

Add in memory berry; Energy Typhoon is your best friend when facing decks that run on energy being discarded

Sorry if this is a newbie question but I thought you couldn't use a pokemon tool (memory berry) to get rid of another tool (e-belt)?
