Gyarados w/ DGX

Here is a list I put together for my brother. No fancy techs, just a DGX to get around VileGar.
Unown Q is here to get out os Sab/Smear/Uxie starts. Didn't run before and I have no clue why but, here she is:
Pokemon (22)
3 Gyarados (SF)
4 Magikarp (SF)
4 Sableye (SF)
1 Smeargle (UD)
1 Dialga G (PL)
1 Dialga G LV.X (PL)
2 Crobat G (PL)
1 Azelf (LA)
2 Uxie (LA)
1 Regice (LA)
1 Combee (SF)
1 Unown Q

Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums (32)
4 Pokemon Collector (HGSS)
2 Volkner's Philosophy (RR)
2 Bebes Search (RR)
4 BTS (PL)
3 Poké Turn (PL)
3 Super Scoop Up (UL)
3 Junk Arm (TM)
2 Pokémon Rescue (PL)
2 Expert Belt (AR)
1 VS Seeker (SV)
1 Luxury Ball (SF)
3 Seeker (TM)
2 Pokémon Communication (HGSS)

Energy (6)
3 Rescue Energy (TM)
3 Warp Energy (SF)

It's quite consistent. Sometimes, you can get some disgusting hands, but overall it's alright.
The strategy is like all other G-dos variants. Start Sab or Smeargle and try to copy/Impersonate a Collector for Regice and 2 other things (commonly 2 karps or an Uxie or Unown Q). Discard the karps with Junk Arm, Volkner's and Regice. Evolve 1 karp, stick on Rescue Energy and consistently deal 90 or higher each turn. If you get knocked out, switch into bat. Drop Gyarados back down and stick another Rescue NRG on it. (You should have another in your hand since you can use Warp Energy + Seeker to heal it and a belted 150HP Gyara is a beast)

What do you think? Anything I should consider?

Bump
Could use some help on this list.

@LoTad I was thinking of a Mesprit in Gyarados since it lets get setup faster. And I'll have to try out Blackbelt too. But I have to disagree about swapping a Warp Energy for a Warp Point. Warp Point can be locked against Dialga or Spiritomb and Warp Energy can be reused (with Seeker). Thanks for the input :)

True, but warp point has its advantages. for example, it almost wins you the steelix/healix matchup. you just warp around and knock out their bench until you can warp seeker their steelix or just win on time. This point is oviously true against any tank deck. If dialgachomp is saving their sprays for your late game regi moves, just warp around it. Plus, I have found that when I play luxchomp against gyarados, lack of a wp really hurts them. I'll bright look a regice early game, and if they have the warp energy to get him back, that means they can't attach a rescue to the gyarados in the same turn. Also, junk arm allows you to use wp several times in the right matchups (like against tank decks).

Also, the mesprit is to help against luxchomp. Most chomps still don't play e belt, so if you get a psychic bind off, you can belt a gdos and he can't be knocked out.
