How do I change my YouTube pic?

Does anyone know how to change your YouTube profile picture?

I still have that generic grey silouette thingy.

Click on the drop-box (The one that's your Youtube name) next to the "Sign Out" button and go to "Account". It'll take you to an overview of your account, including your profile picture, channel views, subscribers, number favorited videos, etc. Just hit "Change" under the default picture and you can upload a picture or use a video still from something you've uploaded.
