Leafeon deck in a budget (Leafeon/Roserade)

This is the deck I decided to build, after a time. I'm trying to avoid using proxies the most I can. Here it goes:

4-3/1 Leafeon/Umbreon (both UD)
2-2 Magmortar (SV)
2-2 Roserade (UL)
1 Unown Q

T/S/S
4 Bebe's Search
2 Pokémon Communication
2 Twins
2 PONT
2 Copycat
1 Pokémon Collector
1 Dual Ball
2 Engineer's Adjustments
1 Palmer's Contribution
3 Super Scoop Up
2 Interviewer's Questions
1 Warp Point
2 Emcee's Chatter
1 Cynthia's Feelings

Energy
3 Fire Energy
4 Rainbow Energy
1 Darkness Energy (Special)
9 Grass Energy

Strategy: Pretty simple, attach Rainbow Energies to Roserade or evolve Magmar to inflict status conditions to my opponent. Leafeon will hit 50 for each condition, which can reach 150 in optimal conditions with just one energy. Umbreon is mostly a Steelix counter and just a generally disruptive Pokémon. The Fire Energies are there in case Magmortar needs to attack for whatever reason: 60 damage, capable of sniping for 30 and 110 HP can't be THAT bad.

There's a detail in my situation. I'm extremely short in budget and resources. I don't have many expensive cards, and they can be hard for me to find. Don't suggest Uxie, that's impossible for me to get, and no league promos, we don't run a league in the store (yes, that also means no BR/City/State/etc). This deck is "ok" as it is, but it surely needs better things. BTS is also hard for me to find, and not just that, it's also somehow expensive if I got to find one. What can I do to improve the deck?
