Rainbow energies

If you have a rainbow energy in the discard can cards like conductive quarry or GyroZone get it out of the discard? Or any other cards that allow you to get energy from the discard for that matter? I realize cards that require the energy to be basic won't work.

No. Per the text on the card, they only provide all colors while they are in play.
