Tornadus Question
In my black, I saved prior to making an attempt to catch Tornadus, and have caught him several times since. However, every time I soft reset and catch him again his nature and stats are exactly the same... Are these determined when you first see him outside the old lady's house or am I missing something?

I'm pretty sure it's determined when you first see him but i'm not 1000% sure.

And if you KO it, it's Nature/IVs reset after beat the Elite 4 again.
