What can ancient mew do?

I have had ancient mew for ages but it is written in no language that exists!! I want to know what it can do.

If You Agree That The Attack Does 40 Then The HP Is 30. The Triangle In The Top Right Means 30, And The Triange Plus The Other Shape Means 40. It Works Like Roman Numerals.

Orange Soda gave the correct stats, with the additional info that the attack is name Psyche given by sjmp.
