Evo Placement
Ok should your opponent play there evolutions down so that the name of the previously evolved pokemon's name should be visible?
EX: your field is Blaziken Active, should Torchic's and Combusken's name be visible without your opponent having to ask? This gives away some idea that you may play a certain card, allowing your opponent to prepare for what may happen next. ATM Rock, Omastar, Lileep, something else that may devolve your opponents pokemon. Basically, should your opponent have there basic/stage1/stage2 names visible when evolved, as to not give away cards that might be played in your deck? |

Unless the Head Judge says different, a player is not required to have previous stages of a Pokemon visible. However, all cards on the field of play are public knowledge, so it is within your rights to ask your opponent to show those previous stages. This might be helpful if you want to know whether they evolved with a Rare Candy, for instance if you are considering ATM Rocking them.
