Start swarming with Yanmega for early KOs and to snipe of babies. Attach energies to Magnezone for high hp pokemon. Im thinking about reducing the Magnezone and Yanmega line to 3-3 and 2-1-2. Also should I find a way to add seekers in,a 4th collector and 4th communication, and also adding in Pokemon Reversal. Right now I like Circulator more than Reversal because I am guaranteed a different pokemon to come up.

Does anyone else have suggestions or tips about this deck?

I am not Yanmega/Magnezone expert. However, it would seem to me that you need at least 1 Pachirisu to accelerate the energy flow later in the game. Also, I fail to see the purpose of Pokemon Circulator. You can snipe around the sleeping babies.

I do like the Pachi in the deck its hard to find space and I hate when I start with it.

Also the Circulator is for killing tepigs,phanphy,etc. Lets say they have a baby and another pokemon on the bench that can be one shot with Yanmega. The circulator guarantees that I get that kill.

So there is a big difference between MagneBoar and MegaZone.
While MegaZone relies on early game snipes or kills via Reversals, MagneBoar has mostly to rely on OHKOs each turn once it is set-up.
It is possible, that MegaZone can win vs. MagneBoar, because if it flips heads on Reversals and get out the Emboars to kill them you'Ll have a problem as they will just be faster with the Pachirisus, though they're going to have a big problem once you get your RDLs going.

However a decent MegaZone list should at least include these cards:

1 Cleffa
1 Tyrogue
(1 Elekid)
2 Pachirisu

4 Pokemon Collector
3-4 Pokemon Communication
3 Rare Candy
2-4 Judge
