Scramble Energy

I think I understand the card pretty well, but just to be sure--when you have more prizes than your opponent, does Scramble Energy work as Rainbow and Multi do, to the extent that it's always providing all types of energy, all the time? IE, if you used an attack that discarded Fire Energy, you would have to discard Scramble Energy?

Yep, that is correct. And when you have the same number or less prizes remaining than your opponent Scramble Energy only provides one colorless.
