question about ss xatu

Ok i have a question i run dark amphy and maybe xatu of course but i have a question lets say i have 3 xatus on the bench can i use all 3 poke power it says
Poke Power
Healing wind
once during your turn (before you atk), you may remove 1 damage counter from each of your active pokemon. This power cant be used blah blah. Is it like pidgeots the difference is that pidgeot specifies only 1 quick search may be played each turn xatus doest so this is a major question for me i would hope that i get the answer im looking for.

Phrasing like that just means that each Pokemon can only use the Power once. Each one can use it each turn, though.
So, with three Xatu on the bench, you could removed 3 damage counters from each Active.
You do them one at a time, so if you want, you can remove one counter from the current active, retreat to another, and remove 2 from the new active.
