Latios 045-PCG-P -- How Rare?

http://cdn.bulbagarden.net/media/upl...PCGPromo45.jpg

Right, so I've been looking for this card on eBay and trade threads on several sites, but this card simply eludes me no matter what. I know it's not that rare because it was given out to people who rode a PokePark attraction back then, but it's also not that common, apparently. Does anyone have any information as to where to obtain one, or at least the rarity of this card?

of course the Japanese pricing might be way off than the U.S. collectors value like I have seen so many times before.

That's interesting; I didn't think it would go for so cheap. Do you know if the site is trustworthy, per chance, and are there others like it? (I'm also after the standard PokePark Lati@s, but the site doesn't have them).

The Card Collector is a British site and I have bought off it many many times. They always include fun extras too.

When you say fun extras, do you mean random Japanese freebies? I'm impressed by how much they have, in comparison to all the other sites I've seen so far. Are there other Japanese collectible sites like this; I'm after the other PokePark Lati@s as well, but they don't seem to have it.

I've never looked for another, they've always sold me what I've been after. The freebies have tended to come in a pattern; a 2 or 3 random Japanese common/uncommons, a card from an upcoming set, 1 or 2 rareish set/promo cards with slight damage and a non-PTCG Pokemon card.
