Cards from Trainer Kits Legality???

Ok i know we cannot use cards from the tournament decks the ones withe the world championship symbol and silver edge around them but can we use cards we get out of the little Trainer Kits.
For example: can i use Collectors that come in the Raichu/Gyarados Trainer kit or Communications and Excadrills that come in the Zoroark/Excadrill Trainer Kit
let me know please I'm trying to get my Deck ready for Tournament play and if i can't use these i need to know now so i can get the appropriate cards thanks :)

Yes, Trainer Kit cards are legal!
In this format, cards from the HGSS Kit and the BW Kit are legal.
