This is my new HIGHLY experimental build:
Pokemon: 3-3 Cinccino (do the wave) 2 Victini (V-create) 3-2-3 Vileplume 2 Pichu 2-2 Ninetales (Roast reveal) T/S/S: 3 Pokemon Collector 3 Pokemon Communication 3 Pokemon Catcher 3 Professor Oak's New Theory 2 PlusPower 2 Junk Arm 2 Rare Candy 2 Switch 2 Cheren 1 Black Belt 2 Twins Energy: 3 DCE 1 Rescue 9 Fire STRATEGY: Cincinno: Main attacker. Powerup use the wave quickly to quickly hit decks before they have a chance to really set up Victini: Able to dish out 100 also for cheap Vileplume: Slows your opp down so I can start to hit their basics and gaining quick prizes Pichu: Able to fill my bench quickly so I can hit ASAP with Cinccino or Victini Ninetales: Adds stupid amounts of consistency The goal is to set up a vileplume fairly quickly and either power up Cinccino or Victini quickly so you can start getting off farily easy OHKO's while your opp hopefully has a hard time setting up fast enough to deal with get shot for 100 over and over. |

I played Vileplume Mew Cinccino with Slowking tech at Cities. I do like this idea a lot, with the Ninetales+Vileplume, but I think you run too many Trainers.
I'd stick with 4 comms and 3 candy, or drop 'plume. Any means of getting Energy back from your discard might also be helpful. Gl with your deck. |

I've been playing a deck similar to this, this is how I'm playing it:
Pkmn: 20 # Name Set 3 Cincinno BW 3 Mincinno EP 2 Reshiram Promo 2 Ninetails COL 2 Vulpix COL 1 Bouffalant BW 1 Cleffa COL 1 Stantler Unleashed 2 Vileplume Undaunted 1 Gloom Undaunted 2 Oddish Undaunted Trnrs: 26 # Name Set 2 Cheren EP 3 Sage's Training COL 3 Professor Juniper BW 2 Pokemon Collector HGSS 2 Professor Elm's Training Method Dragon Frontiers 2 Twins Triumphant 3 Fisherman HGSS 2 Blackbelt Triumphant 1 Flowershop Lady Undaunted 3 Rare Candy 3 Pokemon Communication BW Nrg: # Name 8 Fire 4 Double Colorless Energy 2 Rescue Energy Strategy: Overview: Get Ninetails out to use its Poke-Power: Roast Reveal. This will help power up Cincinno's 2nd Do the Wave attack early game. Reshiram's second attack paired with Vileplume's Allergy Flower Trainer lock Poke-Body are used late game to knock out the remaining pokemon with Blackbelt (you will probably be behind on prizes). The beauty of this deck is that you have drawpower under trainer lock, which comes from the Fisherman and Roast Reveal combo, which ensures that you won't miss an energy drop because of the drawpower. Cheren fills in any gaps in drawpower. Cincinno abuses Pokemon Communication, when Vileplume is not in play. Early-Game Set-Up (T1-2): Active: Cleffa or Stantler Benched: Oddish Mincinno Vulpix Mid-Game Set-Up (T3-4): Active: Cincinno Benched: Reshiram Cincinno Gloom Vileplume Ninetails Late-Game Set-Up (T5-6): Active: Reshiram Benched: Bouffalant Cincinno Vileplume Vileplume Ninetails I'm liking the strategy to it, although I am not sure what to think of the damage cap. Druddigon or Tornadus would be nice additions?
