Virizion - Leaf wallop

Virizions leaf wallop reads:

"During your next turn, this Pokemon's Leaf Wallop attack does 40 more damage (Before applying
weakness and resistance)"

here is a scenario:

I use leaf Wallop on my turn

My opponent uses a Pokemon catcher to swap my Virizion for another one of my Pokemon

On my next turn, i retreat my active to make Virizion my active again

Does my Virizion get the additional 40 damage with it's leaf wallop?
