Cards that can damage from bench such as Kingdra Prime

I'm doing some research for a future unlimited tournament and I am looking for more ideas around a bench that can do damage to my opponent's pokemon such as Kingdra Prime's Spray Splash. I have only played HGSS-on and a bit of EX so I'm not too up to speed on previous cards that allowed for bench "ability attackers" so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Elekid from Neo Genesis was the first Pokemon with that ability.
