The MCD promo Munna with 1 retreat completely outclasses this one.

Some more interesting cards would be nice...

Munna has 70 HP, which is pretty good for an unevolved basic. It's only attack is meh. RC sucks, weakness sucks...

Yesterday's CotD was Munna from ND, kinda squishy and useless for the most part. Statwise 70 HP is good for a Basic, x2 Weakness to

to Retreat is a bit pricey. Its sole attack, Ram, is pitiful really at

for a mere 20. Add in the fact its evolution isn't that good either and you pretty much have a lame duck Pokemon.

Modified - 1/10 - It's bad to begin with and doesn't have anything to look forward to when it evolves quite frankly

Limited - 5/10 - I'll be a bit nicer here, since it technically uses
