Mulligans

Does my opponent have to place his basic before I reveal my basic-less hand or must I reveal my hand first, thus potentially showing my opponent what deck I'm playing?

In the event that the answer to this question is vaguely defined in the rules, how does one resolve a situation where my opponent is unwilling to lay his basic and I am unwilling to reveal my hand?

Thanks Rules Team!

Resolve it or get a double game loss.
This is something players need to be able to handle.

What PokePop is saying, very bluntly, is that Spirit of the Game dictates that players are expected to behave in a respectful, courteous manner and deciding when a hand has to be shown for a mulligan is something we expect you to be able to figure out on your own.
