This deck went under EXTREME editing. Basically you stall with CLeffa put some early hitting in there with Tornadus and when you get DC Legend you switch around damage counters to KO the POkemon of your choice (it really helps against those pesky Vileplumes)

How about putting the correct card count down for the pokemon the T/S/S and the energy?

There are not nearly enough consistent draw supporters. Random Receiver/Pokegear is notably absent. The deck has a very demanding set of pokemon and energy requirements and needs extreme consistency to back it. Flowershop lady can probably just be super rods so you don't have to spend valuable supporter time shuffling cards back into the deck.

Generally, if there isn't a few cards that have 4 copies in a deck, something needs to be refined.
