Pokegym Fantasy Football 2012

It's just about that time again. The NFL is just about to start Training Camp, so we're just about ready to start up our annual Fantasy Football league once again. The rules this year are exactly the same as they have been for at least the last few years. We've got two Leagues, as per usual. One is generally the "Competitive" league (Pokegym 1), and the other is a little bit more "Casual" (Pokegym 2). Here's the basic information...

Draft Time: Labor Day, September 3rd, 7pm Central
Roster: 2 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 2 WRT, 1 K, 2 DST, 2 IDP, 7 Bench

14 Teams

Both Leagues will be run on the Yahoo system, as I've found that system to be both the most flexible and the easiest system to use, both for the Commissioner and for the Players. Both Leagues also use the exact same scoring settings. However, the two Leagues will use slightly different Roster Lineups. The scoring settings are below, the roster settings are above.

In order to sign up correctly, please go to the Sign Up Website, and enter the League ID and Password into the fields on the left side of the screen.

I'm going to be trying some different things this year. If you sign up and play, you might be getting some messages throughout the year for some information. I want people to try and understand the fun of Fantasy Football. So we'll see how this little project goes this year. Hopefully, better than last year...

If you have any questions about any of this, please be sure to post and ask.

Sorry, I will not be posting the password explicitly. It's been done in the past, and those were some of the least fun years, as people just straight up gave up midway through. That isn't fun for anybody. I think that, if you have to work at least a little bit to get in, you'll be more willing to stick around at least until the Playoffs start.

Same stupid thing that happened last year. I thought Yahoo had fixed it, but they didn't. I found the problem, fixed it, and you should be able to sign in.

As far as the password hint, it's really not that difficult. Look left from the post, and type it all in lowercase. There are only two possible entries, and I wouldn't use one of them for any reason.

Not really. You can learn most things about Fantasy Football just by reading some Help files on the Yahoo website.

I'd prefer that people stick to one league or another for now. When we get closer, I'll open it up to both Leagues.

As far as not being able to join, if you go to the Sign Up Website and Log In with your Yahoo ID, and then enter the correct League ID and Password, it will let you in. I have a couple different Y! IDs, and all of my non-Commish ones are getting in correctly.

Maybe the password is harder to guess than I thought?

If you're getting an error 109, then you've just got the wrong password.

The Leagues are most definitely available. PG1 ID is 130540. The PG2 ID is 130563.

I'll see if editing the original post might clear things up a bit...

If you look to your left on the screen, you'll see the password scowling at you. The password is case-sensitive, so I have to specify that it must be all lowercase.

Haha, I got it, now that I got it, it makes much more sense. :) The ID was right, I guess it was just the password. Just got done registering, you can tell its me because I have the same avatar picture. :)

Wow, that was a clever password hint, but I finnaly got it :)

My team picture is the one from my profile, and my username is the same as here

I joined Pokegym 2 because I don't want to play in 2 competitive leagues.

You just have the password wrong. When it says look left, look left of the post, there are only two things bullados said that they could be, 1 being very obvious. The other is scowling at you, which is the correct answer.
