Prices on a couple of non-english cards

I have bought a few pokemon collections, and have found a couple of cards I have no idea how to value.

I have a French 1st edition Energy search, and a Spanish Super Rod

I really have no idea how people even aquire these cards, when their whole collection is english.

Any help is appriciated

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I wouldn't value these cards basically at anything at all.

For one, foreign language cards are almost always valued less than English counterparts. There are exceptions, based on how common/uncommon it is in another language, or if it is only available in another language. However, Japanese is usually the most preferred of the other languages.

Energy Search is an incredibly common card, making an appearance almost every 5-6 sets. Super Rod is rarer, but still nothing special.

I'd say maybe 25 cents a piece if you're lucky, but more like 10 cents realistically.
