Can you evolve tyrogu (expodition) to hitmochan ex???

"Can you" could be anything. People scanning the forums for interesting topics or topics about Hitmonchan EX will miss this.

Now, as for your question:
We got an answer for this in response to Elekid and Electabuzz EX, but the answer applies to your question:

Q. Can Elekid evolve into "Electabuzz EX" since Quilava can evolve into "Typhlosion EX"?

A. Elekid's Baby Evolution states it can evolve into Electabuzz. Electabuzz and Electabuzz EX are two different names, thus considered two different Pokemon. So the answer to this question is "no". (Sep 11, 2003 PUI Rules Team Meeting)
