T2 Espeon ex(HL-on)

Here's a deck idea to fix/rate. I'm not sure how to run T2 so please offer advice.

Pokemon:12
4 Jirachi DX
4 Eevee
4 Espeon ex

Thinking of adding Umbreon ex, what do you think?

Trainers:30
4 swoop!
4 ER2
4 Reversal
4 Request
3 Super Scoop Up
2 PETM
2 Battle Frontier
2 Admin.
2 Wally's
1 Pokemon Retriever
1 Strength Charm
1 Magnetic Storm

I think this is pretty much the standard T2 trainerr engine.

Energy:18
11 Psychic
4 Metal
2 Cyclone
1 Boost

Nothing much to say here. Cyclone to change the opponent's poke. Boost just in case.

i don´t like much t2 decks...especially when ther have psy weakness...i'm just telling that when you are playin aganist gorebyss deck, you will loose inmediatly, aganist liability, draggy and rock lock you will loose.

i would add mightyenna DX to cover weakness.

add a non ex form of eevee so that safegaurd wont destroy you
and surprise time machine

atm rock will bring it's hp from 120 to 50 two attacks and a rock will wipe out your whole line up 3ex's=6prizes game over

If they kill the basic(by ATM orcking) they only take 1 prize, not two.

doesnt matter, without basics, you cant play evolutions...and jirachi isn't as powerfull as D. tyranitar.

You need to streamline your Trainers. You're almost guranteed to never use Espeon ex's Power because you only have 2 PETM. Most likely you'll use Eevee's Power which does you no good, other than to produce a Psychic-weak Poke with a decent attack. Espeon ex is overrated. Period. Your average attack will be 70 damage and unless you're holding Rocket's Admin., Devo Flash isn't going to do much good.

Enough ranting though, Espeon is playable I just think people are getting too excited over it and they're not realizing its true value. The deck needs 4 PETM and 4 Rocket's Admin for sure so definitely make that change. I don't see Boost doing you any good and the fact that you have just 1 Boost adds to this problem. Cyclone is decent but add more or drop them all together. Espeon only needs 1 Psychic so its not likely that you'll be preventing yourself from attacking.

Its personal opinion but I think Espeon will be best comboed when comboed with another Eevee evolution. While I'm at it, I'd like to add that Lugia ex is great with Vaporeon considering you could (emphasis there) power up Lugia ex by T3 (or the end of T2, however you prefer), all while attacking with Vaporeon who helps against the Typhlosion ex line. There are other cards besides the Unseen Forces set but I figured I'd throw in my 2 centabos. Of course Lugia ex is weak to Psychic and only has 100 HP so there are some tremendous drawbacks there.

hey, a question...in the prerealease, openin 6 boosters, can i obtain good cards?? or the whole boosters are full of rare-useless cards...as in dragon Set with dragonair/shelgon/vibrava:P

You can tech 1 of the other Eeveelutions just to OHKO whatever's most popular in your area.

This is true I have found my umbry/espy ex deck will lose to rock and i am thinking about adding in a milotic for tech.

Espeon is the card, seriously. Back several years ago when I spit in the face of the metagame and owned with it anyways, the card wasn't nearly as good as this one. If you're worried about being ATM Rocked, run a 2/2 Milotic ex and a Vaporeon. I don't think you would need to have this run T2 style because it clearly mops the floor with T2.

POR is a definite 5 cards, and I like that despite less distruption. One more retriver to retrieve Swooped and KOed pokes. A thread at Single cards mentioned Great Ball, but I don't know if I want to use it.

Multi means you can evolve to whatever suits your needs. Cyclone is also useful.

You should use Admin, so you can use Espeon's power to get something back to their hand and Admin. it back to the deck. Also, 7 Evos for Eevee looks a little too much. Drop 2 of them. Then, the Wally's shouldn't be in here. You should replace it w/ 2 PETM/or Admins. GL w/ it!
