Then you can Surf into the water, go up one waterfall, go across the water, then down the other waterfall.

Or you can take the long way around on the land.

From what he said go down the ladder, then down from the ladder and take a Left. (This is your characters left)
You will find breakable and movable rocks. Break the rock on the top on the outside, then push the movable rock beside it down. then move down to the breakable rock and break it .Go up the until you find a ladder. Go in it.
Then go up and across the bridge.go down,left and then keep on going up, battling the last trainers along the way.
Once you get to the top turn left and you should see a opening. go through it. Congratulations you have now reached the Elite 4 building!

at the battle frontier? YOu can challgege some of the toughest trainers called the frontier brains.

You get a little silver symbol.You can upgrade it to gold by beating the brain again.

you know in G/S vs there is a sudowood that is bloking the path and you use a water botel to make it move.Well i found a sudowood in the battel fountei and how do i get the water botel or what ever to make it move?

Shadowx, you need to learn some of the rules on all forums. I know you're new, but you really should read them. Shuckle, Miltank, Gligar, Teddiursa, Wooper, and other G/S Pokemon are accessible through the Safari Zone after completing the Elite 4.

Let me answer this one.

NO.

Onix is only availible in firefred and leafgreen, same with metal coat. Darkkingdra said probably everything we can tell you about the frontier you gotta be tough.
