EX tool
it would be a Pokemon tool that could only be attached to Pokemon EX, the pokemon its attached to lowers its attacks by 10 and when its KOed you discard your entire hand.... so why play it? it would prevent your opponent from drawing 2 prizes when its KOed and they'd only draw one insted.... I know its a dumb idea but it may come in handy at times and there are plenty of strange cards
