EONS deck

I've always been a big Eeveelution fan and had a light eons deck back during neo that i loved and actually was competitive i'm hoping to pull it off again but could use some help :) enough chatter here's what i have so far.

4 Fire
4 Electric
4 Psychic
3 Multi Energy

Speed and versatility are the strengths of this deck. Basically u wanna start with Jirachi, wishing star, swoop then eevee then energy evolve with whatever u can preferably jolteon or flareon. If all u can get is Espeon stick with jirachi and evolve a bench Eevee either way or don't evolve at all and keep jirachi active. Shuckle is a nice new wobbuffet for those rampant ZRE's and the flood of new EX deck people are talking about in my area such as phlosion, gatr and scizor. Mary's Request is used instead of Steven's advice as it's a garunteed 3 always and no hand limitations. Surprise and Swoop should be pretty obvious, TVR is for getting fire in discard for Flareons power up attack, BF i chose as it doesn't hurt the deck or help it really but i needed something to counter desert ruins and couldn't think of any other stadiums that made sence. Pkmn retriever is a must with such a vital basic with a limit of 4, Str charm i found would help alot while playtesting a previous version of this 70 is alot more effecient than 60 as is 100 instead of 90 (Espeon with opponents gym in play) Crystal shard is again for those pesky Ray EX's in ZRE, Lady Outting and Rocket's Admin are no brainers i'd hope. Energy is spread out to make sure flareon and jolteon can get their bonus on 2nd attack and multi is for shuckle to use toxic or maybe even jirachi to attack :O and lastly it's nice to get to pick and choose whichever Eon i wanna evolve too. Well there's the deck and feedback and help would be nice

you can add smeargle to change energy so that flareon,vapo and jolteon can deal bigger damage

hey ryan umm take out all of the strenghth charm for a definite rage crystal probably only needs two take out one retriever and time machine something two maybe energy
