Work in progress. I Messed around with it but heres th base.

Dark Magcargo is actually my main attacker, if i can get call for family set and quick typholsion EX's out for a single energy i'm hitting for all the work my typho's done, and i'm not losing an extra prize over it. My bench is still fully powered and when Dark Magcargo goes down I have a heavy hitter that dosent need powering up.

The set up seems good, but i'm looking on making it solid. This is a fun thing i'm playing around with so any suggestions are good.

40 dmg for 3 energies isnt good for a main attacker ;/ even deoxys uncommon magcargo can do better (50 & auto burn with no discard) or the UF cargo, that gain an extra damage against pokemon EX.

You have almost no draw power, and your deck is relying too much on your opponent's pokemon in play.
I suggest other draw, like TV reporter or Bill's Maintenance, and since you are relying on typho, PETM instead of Celios, preference 3 PETM. Remember that wally's won't trigger Typho's power, so think about taking that out.

I suggest DX Rayquaza EX, since you can do Typhlosion+Dragon Booster for big damage.
