This deck is based totally around Maganium(UF), with Meganium ex as back-up.
2 Meganium ex
3 Celio's Network
2 Desert Ruins
2 Mt. Moon
4 TV Reporter
4 Great Ball
4 Rare Candy
2 Sitrus Berry
It needs alot more space(BTW, fun deck). Strat. is to use Meganium's Bouncy Move with its Body(and Sitrus) to do 90-100 damage to the Defending Pokemon every turn. Then, use Megex and Healing Aroma to heal off Desert Ruins. This hasn't been tested, and I threw it together in 2 minutes. Any help is appreciated.

nice, but remove 1 pidgeot and add 1 pidgeot POP2, so when meganium ex has too much energies, shuffle it and search for another.
-1 pidgeot FRLG
+1 Pidgeot POP2
-4 Great ball (you already have 5 to enable pokemon cards!!)
+3 steven's advice
+1 pokemon retriever

4 bost works very good in this deck!
try some more grass (so it's easier to have an extra energy per turn in hand).
Citrus berry is a nice idea for meganium!
Most of the time you'll find attacking with Meganium EX tho...

The thing is, having a 100hp main attacker isn't too good. Especially when it's a stage 2 that requires that much energy. It's just =\
I made the exact same deck and playtested a lot with it. I will say more grass is good, 12 seems like it's okay, but it isn't. You want to take advantage of an early megex, and you want to make sure you have grass energy.
I'd change all the gyms to pokeparks, try to streamline the trainers a bit, and drop the shuckle.

Just so you know: Healing Aroma does not heal EXs. So remove the Desert Ruins. I played this deck, and I found the biggest problem is a Stage 2 that has only 100HP, so Meganium is really easy to OHKO.

Well, this is just a fun deck(probably wasn't going to even build it, just posted it), but I did just realize alot of holes in the deck.

mmmm.... the wise men say that this deck will undobtubly lose to ZRE and Typhlo instantly without shuckle.
Good idea though.
zigzagoon lv. 5... one pokeball
zangoose lv. 25... six great balls
one crappy start of a pokemon team... priceless
There are some things pokeballs can't catch. For everything else, there's master ball.
