Dark Steelix in the Metagame

How does Dark Steelix do in the current enviorment. With decks like ZRE, Ludicargo, Typhlosion Ex, Scizor Ex, and EspyCham do you think its worth building the deck?? I mean its a good deck, but do you think it can win some big tourneys?

ZRE=****
Queen=****
SMP=****
Ludi(if played decently)=****
espy/cham=****

the only good matchup is rock-lock, but spintail is much more popular and it can take healix.

Absolutely. If a deck that ran 4-4 rocket's scizor ex and 4-4 scizor ex can win a 15+ cities, anything's possible. I used it, but in the current environment, you need 2-3 protective orb.

I think he means a tournament other than those found in Idaho or North Dakota.
