What are the dragon Odds

i got 7 rares and 7 reverst holos an ex a charmealon and an absol from 7 packs did they change the odds?

No, that is to be expected. There is a rare and a reverse holo in every pack and in every third pack one of the commons is replaced with a holofoil (which can be regular of one of the EX Pokemon). You got two of the holos which is the expected result from 7 packs.

What happens if the supposed to be holo becomes a RH? I got a RH grumpig in one of my packs and it's supposed to be a holo on the checklist. I forgot to check the rest of the cards before I mixed them up.
