I have been inactive since February of 2004. You can still Message me if you want, but chances are I won't get it.
Just Email me if you have some sudden urge or something.
PS-I probably will never be active again, so if you have questions about anything related to the TCG (not that anyone actually read this far) I DON'T WANT YOU'RE MESSAGES.

Intersting deck. The only suggestion I would make is try adding in High Pressure systems to help your (W) and (R) types

Anyways, High Pressure System would be a good idea. Heres my fix:

-1 Latias ex
-1 PokeNav

+2 High Pressure System

You've got three colors of basic....hit 'em with Lanette's net search.

Also, latias concerns me. It's a fine idea, but three of them seems like a bit of overkill, especially since you're only playing nine basics. It also seems unnecessary to play the amount of rare candy + marshtomp you are. Perhaps choose to go less on the marshtomp, or get rid of the rare candy. I'd get rid of the rare candy, myself, since your primary combo, namely Swampert's power on magcargo ex for 40+ a turn, won't be able to execute until turn three without a godly starting hand (since it requires 8 specific cards - slugma, magcargo, mudkip, swampert, rare candy, fire, fire, water), at which point rare candy is only as good as, and in some cases (vs. omastar) not as good as, having marshtomp with which to evolve. In a deck like this, three spots can make the difference....you could go 4-4 on the oracle/pokenav, or add some healing....

Two TV seems a bit heavy-handed as well, particularly with three fisherman in the deck. One is really all you'll probably need, even with a heavy discard deck (again, three fisherman....)

Also, it seems as though every time I post about one of your decks, I have to mention this: you've listed the incorrect number of cards. Check your trainers: 3+3+3+3+3+2+3+3=23 , and not 24 as you have listed. Of course, that's not really a problem, because it means you have another slot open. Another mudkip, perhaps? Personally, I'd do a little something like this:

4-3-3 on the swampert line
3-3 on the magcargo line
2 latias -ex (play it for tech...it'll eat up too much of your energy from the other combo otherwise)
2 (you pick....dunsparce? free-retreat marrill? azurill? I'd go 'sparce, but that's me)
total: 20

2 net search/seer (in playtest, which is more difficult, getting your energy or getting your pokes?)
4 oracle
4 pokenav
2 fisherman
1 TV
3 birch/POR/Copycat (again, your preference...with attaching 2 energy a turn, birch might be your best bet)
3 switch
3 oran berry/potion/moo-moo milk

Total: 22

9 fire
9 water
Total: 18

I find that oracle/pokenav takes care of most of my card searching necessity, even replacing the elm's training method, wally's training, etc.

Oh, yeah, and 20+22+18=60 :)

Let us know how this does...I'd be concerned about the burnout factor here, since I think there are quicker, more synergistic ways of getting to 100+ damage quicker, without the excessive discard (here, to do 120, you're discarding 4 energy...raichu -ex does it for less....). Still, seems fun.

Cheers,

2 Sparce
2 Seer

that oughta fix your holes, and you get both....

Also a side note, Oracle and Nav will rock in this deck... make sure the next card is a Basic Energy for Cargo's 1st attack when needed such as early game

The trainers weren't exact, but we tried the deck today at league and it's just too slow to compete. Fun to play though.
