Holon's Pokémon and Cursed Glare

Sorry if I am posting twice the same thread, but it seems to be nobody wants to answer me...

If my opponent has an active Cacturne ex (EX Emerald), does its Poké-BODY (Cursed Glare) stop me from attaching a Holon's Electrode/Magneton (playing it as an Energy Card) to my active Pokémon?

Yes, Cacturn ex would stop them from being attached.
