Terrible Deck Needs Help Of Getting Into Modifed.

ok i made a really long post before but it says i havnet been logged in after email vertification so i well make this one more brief.

I havent played since fossil and I need a decnet 60 card deck since i heard of today's Modified Format but ALMOST ALL of my modified cards are not good and came fromo the so called "Delta Fieces" or "Holon Horror" the best i could come up with is this. note I am on a very limited budget having like 15 dollars to spend on cards and cnat afford the good cards like rare candy Excuse me for not providing a 60 card deck cause of my lack of half decent modified cards. If you want to make any changes exceeding my $15 dollar limit, add cards comming from the Crobat Delta Species Decks and i have a few EX Emerald Cards.

*i also can add a 1-1 Magneton (FR/LG) and i left a 4-2-2 cause im thinking of adding 2 Dark Golbats to go with my disruption theme.

*ok i have some serious trouble here, my trainers are barely half decent and i cant really get 4 rare candies like all those other decks out there.

You defineatly need more pokemon, if anything. Something that can hit the bench would be good with crobat ds, there are plenty of cards, uncommons, that can do damage to all the bench. If you can get your hands on any other crobats, play them, all of them work amazing together, especally this one and the ex one. For your trainers, copy cats aren't that hard to get, and holon mentor would help out with your extreemly low(2 basics!) basic count...The energy could be lowered a bit, but it looks okay right now. OK go 4-4-4 Crobat line. (You can find Crobats for cheap $1-3 usually.
Use ALL DRAW you have. Anything that gets cards out of ur deck PLAY! Dont play more than 20 energy EVER!
BORROW CARDS. Meet people at league/ tourney. Become friends and borrow/trade cards. People will prolly also give away some pretty good common cards if they are nice.

add more plusle DX and add in a 2-2 ariados UF line to add annoyance to the deck

lol thanks i forgot to add my other 2 zubats

and is it ok for me to add a 2-2 weezing line and 2 more dark golbats ( cant get regular crobats anywhere....)

In order to get help, you must have a full 60-card format legal deck. You may not have the cards now, but that should not stop you from posting what you think your deck should look like.
