This is a question that came up at our State Championship last week. The situation was this...
Typhlosion with Burning Aura had 100 damage on it against an active Sand-Damage T-Tar. Then the Sand Damage players turn ends. It is now in-between turns. Does the Sand Damage apply before the Burning Aura damaging the bench, or does Burning Aura go first which would knock out the Typhlosion, allowing them to bring in a basic and avoid Sand Damage. Thanks! |

It's a fair question.
Between turns is a special period. You don't knock out Pokemon until the very end, after *everything* has been resolved. Sand Damage and Burning Aura would *completely* resolve before bringing up new Pokemon. |
