Changes to Charizard deck

3 Charizard (Dragons set)
3 Charmeleon (Dragons set)
4 Charmander (Dragons set)
2 Slugma (Deoxys/has Collect)
2 Magcargo (Has Smooth Over PokePower)

3 Celio’s Network
4 TV Reporter
3 Steven’s Advice
3 Rare Candy
3 Professor Oak’s Research
2 Ancient Tomb
2 Meteor Falls
2 Crystal Shard
2 Mr. Briney’s Compassion

10 Fire Energy
2 Double Rainbow Energy
3 Boost Energy

I play in a small playgroup (Casual Play) that uses cards from Ruby and Sapphire onwards to the newest set. I am pretty pleased with the Dragons Charizard lines. But I am wondering:
Should I replace my Magcargo lines with Deoxys Jirachi (The one with Wishing Star)? I will not use Pidgeot, though. That’s about the only restriction I have on the deck, and should I replace the Chex with another Dragons Charizard?
