I am not done editing this and I would like to go into severe detail with this set later on. Id like to say what every card does and add some things to it yet. I didnt add the Ex pokemon yet and didnt reach a limit of cards I should put it. I'll finish when I have more time. Until then appreciate what i have. Thanks!

Each Pokemon with Misty in its name (both yours and your opponent's) gets +30 HP. Each (W) Pokemon with Misty in its name (both yours and your opponent's) pays (W) less to use its attacks.

well like i said. Im still working on the thread. I just decided to make my own set and didnt get around to adding more things to it yet. Im going to point out what the ex's are and what the Holos are and what the rares are and commons and Uncommons. Im still working on it.
