Just have a few questions.

1. Don't the rules state it a 60 minute time limit in top cut at tournaments?

2. If yes to questin one is the TO or head judge allowed to change it to unlimited time. Including T2?

3. Only complete games count meaning if in game two the 60 minutes expire then thw winner of game one wins the match?

4. If yes to question one, no to question two, and yes to question three and it costs someone a trip to say Nationals is there anything that can be done about it?
