Whiscash ex

Me and Bobby M. (PenguinMaster) were thinging about why Ninendo never created Whiscash ex. So we talked about it...and here I present you with:

Whiscash ex 160 HP

Stage 2: Evolves from Baltoy.

Poke-Power: Super Venture Bomb: Once during your turn (before you attack), if Whiscash ex is your Actice Pokemon, flip a coin. If heads, put 2 damage counters on one of your opponent's Pokemon. If tails, put 2 damage counters on one of your Pokemon. This power stops working if Whiscash ex is affected by a Special Condition.

:colorless :colorless Heavy Blow: 70-
This attack does 70 damage minus 10 damage for each damage counter on Whiscash ex. If Whiscash ex has a React Energy attached to it, this attack does 70 damage.

Mega Tidal Wave: Does 100 damage. You may lower the base damage to any amount you like. If you do, choose one of your opponent's benched Pokemon and do the remaining damage to that Pokemon (don't apply weakness and resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

Weankess:

Resistance: :lightning -30
Retreat Cost: :colorless :colorless

It may be broken, but it's worth it. You don't need energy for the 2nd attack! YES! WHISCASH DOES IT!!!

To be more realistic, how about this variation:

Whiscash ex 120 HP (W)
Stage 1: Evolves from Barboach
When Pokemon-ex has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Poke-POWER: Mud Sling
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, put 2 damage counters on 1 of your opponent's Pokemon. If tails, put 2 damage counters on 1 of your Pokemon (excluding this one). This power can't be used if this Pokemon is your only Pokemon in play or if this Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition.

(F)(C) Heavy Blow (60-)
Does 60 damage minus 10 damage for each damage counter on this Pokemon. If this Pokemon has any React Energy cards attached to it, this attack's base damage is 60 instead.

(F)(F)(F) Parabolic Attack (90-)
After calculating damage that this attack would do due to Weakness, Resistance, and any effects on this Pokemon or the Defending Pokemon, you may reduce the damage that this attack does to the Defending Pokemon by up to 40. Then, do that amount of damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon.
