Milotic/Dusclops EX
Pokemon(21):
4x Jirachi 3x Duskull 3x Dusclops EX 3x Feebas 3x Milotic EX 2x Pidgey 1x Pidgeotto 2x Pidgeot FR/LG Trainers(23): 4x Rare Candy 4x Energy Switch 3x PETM 3x Copycat 4x Island Cave 2x Steven's Advice 3x Dual Ball Energy(16): 8x Water 4x Psychic 4x Multi Strat: Start out with Jirachi. Wishing star and attach to Feebas. Get a Pidgeot out and start quick searching, and doing the same thing until Jirachi dies. By then you'll have a Milotic, and you'll be able to use its second attack to move energies to dusclops. You'll be able to attack with Milotic, then when you move the energies to Dusclops, start doing damage with the dusclops you attached energies to. The only problem I can see with this deck is speed. Any suggestions?

4 Rare Candy seems too many. Cut 1 for a total of 3(maybe cut a 2nd, it depends on your play style). Cursed Stone hurts Pidgeot and Jirachi so drop both for a Steven's Advice and a Copycat. Find a way to add in 1-2 more Dual Ball, 'cause 2 isn't enough for all of your basic pokemon searching.
