Nightfall has been announced
The third campaign, Guild Wars: Nightfall, has been announced today not only on the site, but also in game at the login screen.
Just like Factions, two new character professions have been introduced: The Dervish (melee class) and the Paragons (spellcasting class) With the announcement, ArenaNet will plan to hold a PvP preview event similar to the Factions event that allows all current GW users and newcommers to try out the new professions... Like the previous campaigns, there are no fees to pay for online play. However, ArenaNet will be implementing a service that will let users purchase extra character slots for their account for $9.95 per character slot, which furthur expands the character capacity limit, which was originally four characters, then six. Awesome. Now, if only I can finish Prophecies, and I'll be able to get straight into Nightfall. lol.
