Arcanine Ex's and Absol's OverRun is good for attacking both Active and Bench Pokemon. Absol for Setting up with its Forsight.

umm do you really want the absol? if not then take out darks and add in 4/1 LunaSol plus 3 marys request

Even if you don't like the list, I'll tell you the ideas behind the fixes.
4 Holon's Electrode/Magneton are way too many. They don't speed the deck up at all.
I put in Espeon ex for his first attack: doing 30 to any pokemon in play. Plus, his power would be useful for devolving a hurt pokemon on the bench.
I thought Absol was just a waste of space. C+D for 10 to the active and 20 to the bench? Even with 4 dark, it would be way to expensive, since Dark NRG only increases damage to the active.
Battle Frontier for Pidgeot and Delta Pokemon.
Mount Moon for Jirachi, baby pokemon, and others.
Another idea: a few Pow might be useful, cause all of the main pokemon are ex's.
