I need help making this deck!

Okay, I have ALL the cards from Base, Jungle, Fossil, and some Team Rockers (Dark Pokemon). I haven't bought Pokemon cards for so long, and I just want to make a fun deck to play with a little cousin of mine. Can someone make me a good deck knowing of my cards? I'm sure I can use some newer trainers from my cousin's collection.

When you say all the cards, do you mean 1 or 2 of each card, or 4 of each card?

2 of most holos, except blastoise which I have 3 of. 3-4 of basically everything else.
