It would be nice to increase your access to Windstorm and Ruins (or possibly other cards) without impacting your Crush Draw too much. One way would be to add PokeNav, which could be used with Smooth Over to take the needed card, and still have some hope of placing an energy on the top of the deck. You should note that TVR can also grab the Smooth Over card if necessary, but that Prof. Cozmo only has a 50-50 shot at it. If you decide against PokeNav, then Bill's Maintenance might be a little more flexible than Prof. Cozmo.

what happenn if your ho-oh ex get KO? I would rather use Rayquaza ex. The damage is very close but the resistance and its power really make me think that Ray ex . Ho-Oh ex

i kinda have to aggree with Jirachi. not to try and bash on your deck, but Ray can attack with 2 energy doing 40 and it wont be impacted too much if that water energy goes down the drain.

Oops. I completely forgot to include cards to return energy to the deck.
Is Energy Recycle System legal for DX-On?

I would rather use Ho-oh EX for its ability to move energy to other pokemon once it gets KO'd.
I would change the Mawile to Jirachi DX.

I like Ho-oh better than Lugia for a deck like this one. Attacking every turn with Lugia would require either including non-Crushable Holon's Pokemon or forcing me to attach and crush over onto the Lugia every turn. I'd rather keep more flexibility in energy attachment, and Ho-oh's attack scales very nicely for extra energy; plus his body is rather handy for readying a second Ho-oh or the Mew.
Oh, going up to the OP deck list - I've decided to switch the Cozmo's Discoveries for Holon Adventurers, and both Pokemon Reversals for Holon Farmers.
