If you're playing Farmer, maybe you can thin Primeape. 1 Metang seems risky. If it's prized, there's no way to search for Rare Candy.

It's unclear in what conditions you want to move tools. Give me an example that's worth the cards you've got dedicated to the task. You might be better off with several Castaways. That way you can get the tool you want, and get energy as a bonus. Currently you have no energy search, and those rare Fires may be elusive (and you don't want be tossing Magnetons in the discard pile).

I don't care for POR. If you're doing the Holon Engine, add Adventurer. You might also want to drop 1 Farmer, for 1 more Transceiver.

True the situation may be that I have a primeape with a protective orb that was attached to take out mew ex then manetric comes out and next turn the 80 comes at me so PG2 sends the orb up and I lay down energy root I get hit for 80 next turn I can do 170 damage.
I should play smeargle in this deck to change my fires in the discard to psychic??

Well, try playtesting a version with PG2 against one that doesn't have it (and has castaways instead) . That'll give you feeling for the relative merits of each.

Smeargle? Interesting. Also a liability.
