Trifonic owes me a part of a trade that she forgot to mail-I asked her for it and she never responded. Needless to say, I've yet to receive that part. I don't know if there's a particular reason why communication has gone way down since this was established...

We have a process to follow if someone has a problem with a trader and yet very few follow it. Complaining here will not solve your problems. Please email the tribunal if you have a problem with a trade. What you need to do is in the first post of this thread.

While I do know there is a process to follow, I feel like giving her the benefit of the doubt. I posted here in the hopes someone had any knowledge of what might be the holdup (i.e. the user is sick, is moving, etc.) In any case, I can assure you I will take proper measures if needed, but at this point I'm wondering if everything's ok. If this is outside the scope of the thread, I understand and will edit/delete my prior message. Thanks.

she said she comes home on the 8th of this month said she would send out the next day when she gets back so that means she shipped out on the 9th its now the 14th shouldnt take more than 4 days to ge to me gotten mail from where she is 4-5 days max and she was on today and i didnt get a message back somethin is kinda fishy.

I am waiting on cards from Trifonic as well. I sent ALOT of cards to her. I used a tracking number and she received over a week and a half ago. She has not responded to my PMs and now her inbox is full.

Wow, so many problems going on with trifonic, Did you all email the tribunal about the situation?

I did just now after seeing all of these concurrent issues with Trifonic. I think I may have just lost alot of money in this trade and it was one of my first trades here on the Gym. It makes me not want to trade here any more.

i sent a large trade to her on august 1st...and they arrived 2 days later (post office confirmation) i have still yet to receive my cards to this day despite her telling me twice that she has sent them

Trifonic contacted me and said she was going to send last Wednesday and provide a tracking #. She has still not sent. Her inbox is now full again so I am unable to contact her further. I am going to be out roughly $100 worth of cards if she doesn't fullfill her obligations. Also, I am planning on pursuing all available actions against her if this is the case.

-If you have a problem with a Gym trader: email gbtradertribunal@hotmail.com stating what the problem is, who it is with (screen name and real name), the email address of that person (if you have it), mailing address, and a time line of the trade. Please include as much detail as possible on what has occurred.

Believe it or not, it's very easy to do the above. All you need to say is "I'm [insert YOUR 'Gym screen name here] and I traded with [insert offending party's 'Gym screen name here] but have not received their end of the trade. I sent my [insert your part of the trade here] on [insert the date here] , and [insert name of the offending party here] agreed to send me [insert the offending party's trade here] in return. I haven't got it yet. Their real name and address is [insert the offending party's real name and address here] ."

If you can fill in the blanks, and send it to gbtradertribunal@hotmail.com that's all you need to do.

Anyone talked to tangelatamer lately? We've traded before just fine but this 2nd trade...it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't received. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt since our first trade went fine...just wondering if anyone's talk to him.
