I think your morning buzz has gotten the better of you, Chuck...

Handy 910 is an average card made better b/c it isn't a Supporder. I'd probably toss 4 into my Mod decks once it's out here...

Not much going here Pokemon-wise except for the starter lines. Drapion and Lucario both look good in draft (and the former might actually see some League or even tournament play). Wobbuffet is certainly an interesting stall card.

As for the Trainers, they look pretty standard so far, except for the reprint of Plus Power (totally unexpected) and the Pokedex Handy 910 (which combos well with Smooth Over Magcargo).

That said, I'd like to see the rest of the set before I make any final judgments.

At least if your the first player you can draw a card but not player card. Avoiding OHKO's.

Pluspower is a surprise reprint and it can be attached even with a tool. It those basic pokemon mean against stage 2 in the weakness department. Also it is adding strategy to power up an attack.

Meaning an energyless attack 10 + 30 to a stage 2 holding the weakness of the defending + 10 + Strength charm = 60.

It just doesn't make sense that they reprint Pluspower, wasn't the whole point of Strength Charm that it's an unstackable Pluspower?

Because he's purple, natch.

The random Wobbuffet mixed in with all of the DP Pokemon left me more than anything else.
