meh, Flygons are over rated imo, so I think you got a fair trade... (remember, I don't trade depending on how much the cards are worth)

Flygon 20 ea

Scizor 20
Skarmory 15-18

It is close to even, but you got the shorter end by a few $$,

Nobody uses Flygon LM while Scizor and Skarmory are both used cards. You got the better deal.
