Light/Shiny Stone and Riolu

Two questions...

1. Where can you find the Shiny/Light Stone, or what Pokemon hold it when caught?

2. I looked at Serebii, and it said that there's a Riolu egg on Iron Mountain. I can't find it anywhere, so where can you find it?

1. You find it in the final room of Iron Island. I believe another one can be found after you beat the Elite 4 by going to the D/P version of the Battle Frontier.

2. You receive the egg from Riley
